Heylia's face is utterly savage yet somehow noble. She has incredible vitality evident in every aspect of her appearance. Her hands and feet are calloused and usually dirty. The smell of incense clings to her clothes and hair. She is very soft-spoken, and she has picked up a slight troll accent. Painted wooden beads and small metal amulets hang off of her neck and wrists, causing a soft clinking sound when she walks.

Heylia's eyes slant upwards. Her eyebrows are so fine as to be nearly invisible. Her hairline is sharply pointed, and her hair is mass of thick and heavy magenta braids. Her face is thin and angular, with sharp protruding cheekbones, and nose that has been broken more than once. She is of average size for a troll, about 6'5. Wirey and lean, Heylia is graceful and precise in all movements, and she speaks very slowly, as if distracted by the ultimate rhythms of the universe.
