This sturdy Kaldorei warrior woman is of average height and that is where the term “average” comes to an end with this elf.
Her flesh is a delicate pale lavender coloration and would once have been quite beautiful, but is now heavily scarred and calloused. There is not a part of her body that does not bear the scars of some battle she survived or some training regime she was subjected to. Her arms and torso carry the worst of these healed wounds and the scars vary from faded and well healed to those that were sustained only within the last year. Her legs and the tops of her feet are also scarred. Her hands and feet are well calloused and rough to the touch.
Her face has a number of marked and well healed scars. One crosses her forehead and is faded to the point it is now only a faint line. Another cuts across her left cheek and ends at her jawline just under and aside her mouth, this one is also well healed and quite old. The most recent of her facial scars is the savaged but healed flesh around her right eye socket, the eye of which is either missing or is plainly a false eye made of glass. Otherwise her face is fairly full, though her chin is sharp and her overall structure is oval. Her ruined eye is usually hidden behind a well worn leather eye patch, though she also generally keeps her false eye in place as well. Her brows are typically long for a Kaldorei but hers also are scarred and cleft in several places on her brow line.
Her hair is stark white and on first glance might not stand out from any other elf with similar head follicles. On even a marginal closer inspection her hair has roots that are dark grey and, oddly, fade into white within millimeters of the scalp. She tends to keep her hair short, varying between a butch-like close cropped style and something a little longer, but her hair always shows the unmistakable signs of “helmet head” as her life is clearly such that she spends most of her days while wearing a full helm.
Her whole form is muscular, hard, and conditioned for battle or heavy labour. She once had more slender lines but regular and continual training has given her a more triangular shape, as her entire form looks like she has long been a bodybuilder that focuses on tone as opposed to bulk. She is a hard body in the most refined sense of the term. Her bosom is smaller as a result of this, the fatty tissue having long been burned off to make way for the layers of rippling muscles that lay beneath. She also lacks a posterior of padding, rather it has been replaced by taut glutes.
Her voice is earthy, rugged, husky, of a lower register, and with a long time smokers grit and gravel (think Kathleen Turner). She speaks with a distinct cadence and pitch variation that most Kaldorei residents of Darkshore acquire after long stays in the region. She has a habit of always turning her head markedly in conversations, as she only has one eye and this means she cannot easily speak to people on her right side without fully turning to face them.
Depending on where she has been she either smells of basic soap and water, of sweat and leather, or of very delicate herbal body wash and shampoo. The first two will always accompany her style of a warrior, her body clad in armour or in a military uniform. The latter will accompany an ensemble that is refined, elegant, and for social situations more than martial ones. These scents are almost always slightly covered by the scent of dwarven tobacco, which she clearly indulges often regardless of her situation.
She tends to walk with a slight limp, favoring her right leg, and upon inspection one might notice that her left leg is slightly misshapen, as if it had been broken and set improperly. A wound that even the best magical means can not correct. Also she favors her left arm and hand in most situations, though her dexterity with her left hand is clearly not the limb she favored in the past. If her right arm is exposed one will note a wicked, and still quite noticeable, burn scar on her right bicep.
If she is armoured she will be wearing her full plate suit given to heroes that returned from Dreanor as warriors of the Alliance. This suit is similar in form and shape to that worn by soldiers of the Argent Crusade. She also carries a replica of the sword and shield employed by King Llane, rewards for returning a recognized hero from the disastrous first attack against the Third Inavsion at the Broken Shore. Her pauldrons are of Draenei manufacture and these articulated, automated, crystal bearing devices project a perpetual arcane field about her that guards against Fel energies and will force out beings of that origin or infused with those energies. Her tabbard is in the blue, gold, and white of Alliance colors and marks her as the leader of the small, elite, military guild known as The Absolved. The way she carries her large sword and shield indicates she is a right handed warrior.
If she is not armoured she will almost always wear steel bracers and carry a curved dagger that is common among the Night Elves. She likes muted colors in violet, green, and yellow, and she likes to change up her clothing when she has the opportunity.
She is often seen with a ceramic dwarven pipe in her lips, which she may or may not be smoking, and she is most often seen in the company of her partner…. Des’inique Forestcall.
To those that have a sense of such things one can sense there is a taint in this elf. Both of the fel and of the void. However, above this, is a distinct energy that strikes as draconic, and above it all is an aura of death, as if she is not quite one of the living. However this final aura that surrounds her is not an aura of undeath, more that it smells vaguely similar to a Valkyr or simply of the nature of one of the deceased. Despite these gentle energies that linger within Sharina it is clear she is very much alive, not corrupted, and not a dragon.
