I believe the question that Kat asked was if this is the same character as the Elypsia from years ago. That character has some baggage with the guild regarding the Terminus situation. Is this the same character, or is the character different?
I'm not exactly sure what game you are talking about, unless it is the word we place into the rules so that we know you have read them. Thats not to see if you are a real person or not, that is too see if you've read the guild rules or not. If you cannot respond in the other section, you can respond here, or send me a PM with any questions or concerns. Thank you =)
Also, please understand that we keep everything that has ever been written on this site. We may archive it, but it never goes away. We are starting the guild fresh, on a new server, and we have an idea of what we want it to be. We are always open to old cats coming back, however, we want to keep this as drama free as we can. We all pay our 14.99 a month and none of us want to feel like this is "work". We want to enjoy our time and Role Play.
But on the flip side, character actions do have consequences. For example, someone like Terminus, who caused all sorts of ooc drama and an ic sh*tstorm, or someone like Narloc who ran around with our guild tag sending unwanted erp whispers to anyone and everyone, would not be welcome back for the obvious reasons.
In those situations, the PLAYERS are not welcome back due to the in game actions, drama, Red Flag warning, and GM attention, that they brought down upon our heads. I spent days upon days dealing with GM's regarding Narloc's unwanted sexual comments to people that he claimed was allowed within the guild. This person tried to get the guild disbanded by the GM's.
Terminus worked openly and actively to take active guild members from the guild, to run off and form his own. Poaching guild members is just a very impolite and rude thing to do.
So obviously, those people are not welcome back.
Her question isn't are YOU the same person, but is the character the same? From an IC point of view, why would she come back to the cats? Why would the Cats allow Terminus' mate to come back to the cats?
When a character is "dead" it doesn't always mean that they are physically dead, sometimes (quiet often) it means their dead to the cats and the cats will simply ignore them.

I don't seem able to PM you.. therefor I shall respond here. Elypsia has progressed through the years as have I. I figured as she asked if this is the same char I would respond that yes, it is the same Elypsia. I'm not sure how anyone would see that question as asking if someone's character has progressed... as obviously it should have as years go on. I am still sorry my character is "dead" to the guild, cats was fun and interesting and will always be such.

Kat reminded me that we have a CAPTIA thing to make sure you're a human. That's a proboards thing, we have zero control over that, sooo, yeah, that ones not us.

"Dead" is what the Cat's call anyone who they view as a traitor. Kind of like this: "X betrayed us, he's dead to us. Ignore him." ICly. So, I think you are reading too much into the dead thing. But Elypsia did go out and form TS with Terminus those years ago. I'm not saying she can't come back, I'm just saying she has more work to do then other new recruits due to her history. Grimmun had the same issue, but he came back and got back in.
