So I have only played with all the extended options of TRP3 a little, but I hope this will help you out! Step One is to open the database to start building your campaign or creating items for your character. Once you have that open you will be given this display, where you can start building your new campaign. Once you open the new campaign window you will have quite a lot you can add and it is a bit overwhelming to look at and process. I try to start with my NPC's, which can be any NPC in the game. I picked Brother Kristoff in the Cathedral District because he's easy to access and I was hovering around that area already haha For this you select the NPC you want, and then you hit the button to 'Add customized NPC' and it will auto add that NPC's ID. So now anyone actively on your campagin will no longer see 'Brother Kristoff', but a 'Ragged Priest'. (Make sure to save all your progress from time to time too! haha) So then after you have added your NPC's I move to the next tab for the Quest. It comes with the first quest already generated, so you just have to go into that one and edit the information to fit your desired start to the campaign. (I WILL FINISH THIS LATER (Had to go do RL things ))

Ok I am back! had a rodeo to go to (PBR Rodeo in Washington, was amazing!)
As I am diving deeper into this I have come to realize a lot has changed with the workflows so it might take me some time to untangle these workflows to figure out of to trigger events from them again.

You're welcome! I have figured out how to trigger objection discoveries and objective completion as well as how to trigger receiving/completion of a quest. I just need to figure out exactly how these workflows work to trigger NPC speech and how to make items work with the workflow haha. I think once I get that worked out I will be able to go through it step by step better

LOL well currently my brain is failing at linking cutscene dialogue and the interactions tab, BUT I can make the NPC's talk now.

were you having issues with the extra tool tip coming up that had the talk/interact/inspect etc stuff on it?

No, I can get everything linked and I can get all the options to work except for when I pull up the cutscene workflow, but I'm just missing something I am sure. I have a few references that work to look at and study to see how they're working. There is actually quite a bit of coding that goes into making some of these items work. I have a singable document though that works.
